ประกาศ นโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
บริษัท ไทยมิตซุยสเปเชียลตี้เคมีคอล จำกัด ได้ให้ความสำคัญถึงสิทธิในความเป็น ส่วนตัวและการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน ลูกค้า คู่ค้า/พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
ดังนั้นบริษัทฯ จึงได้จัดทำนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อสร้างกลไกในการให้ความคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลดังกล่าว ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมุลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับบริษัทฯ และเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทฯ จะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน ลูกค้า คู่ค้า/พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ ในทุกส่วนงานที่จำเป็นในการทำธุรกิจร่วมกัน หรือเพื่อบริหารงาน หรือตามกฏหมายกำหนด ทั้งในสำนักงาน โรงงาน บริษัทฯ ในเครือ บริษัทฯ คู้ค้า หรือหน่วยงานอื่นใดที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว ทั้งในประเทศและหรือต่างประเทศ (ถ้ามี) โดยจะใช้เป็นความลับ และจัดเก็บอย่างมั่นคงปลอดภัย ตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด

Announcement Personal Data Protection Policy and Practice (PDPA)
Thai Mitsui Specialty Chemicals Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of “Personal Data” of customer, business partner, service provider and any person having business relation with the company as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 (PDPA).
Therefore, the Company would like to provide you the Data Privacy Notice in regard to your personal data and or those of any persons in your organization that the Company have collected.
Thai Mitsui Specialty Chemicals Co, Ltd will keep confidential personal data of employees, customers, suppliers / business partners for business coordination and management in the company, affiliate and other related organizations in both domestic and oversea countries as required by law.
